Mark on pipes
Each JIS G3456 G3454 G3461 carbon steel pipe having passed the inspection shall be marked with the following items. However, the smaller pipes or other pipes specified by the purchaser may be bundled together and marked for each bundle by a suitable mean. In both cases, the order of arranging the marked items is not specified.
When approved by the purchaser, a part of the items may be omitted.
1.Standard and grade.
2.manufacturing technique.
3.Size (diameter, thickness, length).
4.Weight.
5.Manufacturer’s name or its identifying brand.
6.Heat number.
7.Other symbol can be made by purchaser’s request
Packing
For JIS G3456 G3454 G3461 carbon steel pipe
Surface protect: varnish painting(common protect), hot dipped galvanized, 3LPE (anti-corrosion coating)
Ends type: PE(plain ends), BE (bevel ends)
Pipe ends protect: plastic ends cap, pipe ends protector
Delivery
Encasement is done by our experienced forklift and crane driver in our factory.
